Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Peanut sauce
This recipe captures the essence of Asian fusion cuisine, blending savory chicken, crunchy vegetables, and a creamy peanut sauce—all wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves. You might get a compliment that it tastes like the PF Changs one. Just saying.
Tender morsels of chicken cooked with aromatic garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, create a mouthwatering filling that’s both satisfying and wholesome. The lettuce leaves provide a refreshing crunch that complements the richness of the chicken, while the homemade peanut sauce adds a creamy, nutty finish that ties the dish together beautifully.
Whether you’re hosting a casual gathering or simply craving a restaurant-quality meal at home, these Chicken Lettuce Wraps are sure to impress and guess what it is so easy to prepare. You can make it even a day ahead and warm it before it’s time to assemble.
